Labour chairman Hazel Blears is expected to announce that she will run for the party's deputy leadership.
I wonder if she gives a good right hook with members of the public when eggs are thrown at her?

So i make it Hazel Blears,Michael Meacher and Alan Miliband so far.
Yet originally no one was going to stand against Golden Brown.
Do i detect a little dissention in the Labour ranks? _________________ The Voice of reason in a MAD MAD world |

It is for Deputy not Leader.
What will John Prescott think? _________________ The Voice of reason in a MAD MAD world |

Margaret Beckett was acting leader when John Smith died as she was his deputy. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

She would win the unintelligible vote that must be looking for a new home after Prescott retires. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |
