I was watching GMTV this morning and they were talking about obesity how it effect people who try to obtain work. Some employers are discriminating these over weight people for insurance purposes.

Do you think it right or wrong?

Depends on what the job is.

I think it's right,an employer should be able to choose who they want to work for them.
They should allowed to consider who would represent the best value and best serve the company.
