My favourite presenter in the whole universe has revealed himself to be a Spurs fan-he mentioned this in his daily BFBS show today.
I am a massive Chelsea fan-Spurs are our biggest/most despised enemy.
Does it matter-of course it doesn't.
Do we know the favourite teams of any of the presenters on Radio 2.
Richard Allinson I still salute you. |

He has never mentioned this on radio 2 before. I think he would of had to duck a little if he did. I didn't really think Richard was a football fan? Amazing how much you get to know someone more away from R2? |

Isn't Simon Mayo a Yiddo too?
(PS: note to mods- "yiddo" is not a derogatory term when refering to us Spurs fans. We have a long association with the Jewish community in our area, and for as long as I can remember the club has been owned by Jews. Let me put it this way- I'm an atheist and have no time for religion, but when I'm cheering on my team.... I'm proud to be a Yiddo
Perhaps Radio 2 is a new breeding ground for Spurs Fans.... Can we convert Terry Wogan? He might be able to throw a few quid our way for some new signings _________________ He's not the Messiah- he's a very naughty boy! |

As a little aside, has anyone noticed the mighty Spurs' change strip of chocolate and gold?
Little bit of trivia.... Those were the first club colours we ever wore- it's not just some randomly selected design.
OK, now I've bored everyone I'll get me coat _________________ He's not the Messiah- he's a very naughty boy! |

My brother supports Spurs, he's supported them for about 40 years
I think Sir Terry prefers rugby PJ, he supports London Irish. |

Sarah Kennedy said the other monrning that she had only been to one football match ever. I think it was Aston Villa she was at.

Toggy, see- the clans are gathering... that makes about 4 of us Spurs fans
Sir Tel won't have to swear undying devotion to Tottenham... just as long as he hands over some cash
Radcliffe and Riley both support Man City... and I thought being a Spurs fan was tough _________________ He's not the Messiah- he's a very naughty boy! |

Yeah, I always thought it was Formula 1 motor racing that was his thing, he used to talk about it loads on the old Saturday show. _________________ Some say he once threw a microwave oven at a tramp and that all his potted plants are called 'Steve'.....all we know is, he's called 'The Stig!'. |

Ed Stewart is an Everton fan, or maybe a Man City fan?

Toggy,
AMS did own the club once- made something of a hash of it.... tried to run it like a business, but football doesn't work like that.

Hey Mark....
Rub it in, why don't you!
And I'm convinced the Shevchenko goal was actually intended as a cross to Drogba.
SWP's goal was a cracker though.... the twisty, turny, slippery little swine _________________ He's not the Messiah- he's a very naughty boy! |
