Actually I just read a good report on Dermot's efforts this week, on this forum! |
I think this photo below sums up better what Dermo thinks of himself

Well his show was good this afternoon gal, and we have him with Radders to look forward to next week, in the evenings.

We have much better ones, but as we haven't asked him yet whether he minds, that's why there is no photo on our site |
Hi Becky,
We don't need to ask the presenters regarding photos at bbc.co.uk, the Terms of Use on the BBC website says we can use any image so long as not for commercial reasons, so my understanding is we can use 'em, clip 'em, paste 'em.

John
I came across this while reading one of the Beeb's pages today. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/help/3281849.stm
I'm not sure about a message board being either private or for personal use only?

Well it doesn't say 'private' it says your own personal non-commercial use.
And I suppose this forum is not personal, it is public. We ought to ask permission.
I am reluctant to ask permission, what with the sort of mood their people are in with messageboards etc. I'd hate them to say 'no' as they might then then go looking at other sites that feature a lot more BBC content and who also may not have asked permission.

I used the word private as this forum is the opposite, ie public which is not allowed according to their statement.

PS I've never noticed it on a web page before today but only read your message yesterday. _________________ 88 - 91 FM this is Radio 2 from the BBC!
