An earthquake with a magnitude of at least 4.3 has shaken parts of Kent, damaging buildings and disrupting electricity supplies.

Our Dudley earthquake was a 4.9 and the epi-centre was only a few miles from Seymour Palace and it didnt cause us any damage, it only shook us out of bed. They dont make houses like ours in Kent.

I've a soft spot for East Kent, ever since working there for two years in the early 1970s, and know that some of my erstwhile mates are still there. So I'm very much thinking of all involved in this.
