I used to really enjoy Simon Mayo's Album chart show that used to go out on Monday evenings.

Because I'm tucked up in bed before his show now comes on I have not yet had time to catch this on the Listen again feature yet ( I'm too busy listening to of all those recent Richard Allinson shows!!! ).

Anyone caught this new show-understand the format has changed somewhat.

I still can't get to grips with all of the weekday changes - too much to try to listen again to, not enough hours. Sadly, this will probably be another loss.

I havent heard it yet. It seems to be some vaguely defined "music club" tie in. So doing a bit of Lesley's PR brownie point scoring. Laughing
I presume it's still album based but with nods towards the BBC's mission statement for Radio 2 in the coming year.

My girlfriend was very impressed, but I haven't heard it myself. I would prefer it back at 7pm. Apart from anything else, Paul Jones's show doesn't seem right in daylight.

I can't get to grips with the new times of most of the speciality shows either. Having said that, I do like the new Radcliffe / Maconie show.

Nod-Any recommendations for the rest of us re your posting.

My sister mentioned to me the other day that Rado 1 have a dedicated show on punk rock.

Out of curiousity I will try and find the time to tune into this at some point.
