John Travolta! On MFY last Sunday?!?!

Don't get me wrong, I love that track and it was good to hear. It just sounded a tad out of place among the regular stuff. Can't imagine Sherrie or Richard Baker before him ever playing it! Evolution I guess.

Actually a really nice mix last Sunday. Ilkley Moor, Floral Dance, Travolta!

From Radio 3 to Saga Radio via a short stop at Classic fm.

Thankfully, no. Though would have preferred the Brighouse and Rastrick version. Some other band. Not as good.

Nice to hear the Colditz theme too.

With Travolta's inclusion this show is rapidly turning into any mainstream R2 show circa 1986, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It just needs to be monitored that's all to avoid including any old rubbish!
