At 10.21am today Ken Bruce belched live on air during his show- he did not apologise but just said "Chris Moyles is my role model-ie he does it often on air so why not me".

Whilst writing, Mr Bruce if you are reading this message board could I politely suggest that you DON'T talk all over Don Henley's Boys of Summer record the next time you play it.

Oh for goodness sake, it happens- you can't help it. He did the best thing possible... made a quick gag out of it and moved on Rolling Eyes

Yes, because it's so rarely played that every second should be savoured Wink

Sounds like a little tongue and cheek and banter between R1 DJ's and R2 DJ's what has Moyles been saying? Laughing

Seymour-The reason I know it was 10.21am when Ken Bruce burped on air was because at this time I was completely stuck at a standstill in a traffic jam, it was "pi..ing down with rain, and when he did it I looked at the time on my car clock and the thought went through my head "today can get any worse can it" and funnily enough it didn't.

A wise man once said 'Where ever you may be, let your wind blow free, in church or chaple, let it rattle for the want of a burp/fart (delete as applicable) could be the death of me'.
By the way, thanks for the timing, I must listen again as I missed it!
Mark Radcliffe has sneezed a few times on air, is that akin to a hanging offence?

Sneezing is only a hanging offence if you get snot on the sponge mic filter... otherwise you just get your fingernails pulled out with a pair of pliers Laughing
