The mighty/awesome Richard Allinson has been on vacation these past few weeks.

His replacement/cover is the fab Kelly Anne Smith.

Just for the time she is covering she has own suite of jingles.

Can you imagine BBC Radio 2 compiling a set of a jingles for a cover presenter-no I don't think so.

BBC Radio 2-keep going with your 10 year plus stale/boring jingle set played day after day-can I politely suggest "wake up and smell the coffee guys" or continue to get listener drift.

So much for the listener experience-in the BBC Radio 2 case I think not.
