We Britain's are good at queuing. See them all outside the 'Northern Rock' banks. The best queues are the roads we are experts at this. M25, M40, M6 and M1 are best I have come across, if you fancy poodling along at 20 MPH if you are lucky.
I thought these new traffic calming patrols supposed to be working. I keep seeing them on the side of the roads whilst we are crawling along.
Does anyone else get sick of all these queues whether in a shop or on the roads? |

As are Britons.

No. For most of the time, queues exist because people choose to join them. |

Apart from Tescos, I don't remember the last time I queued up for anything! certainly not in shops, apart from one or two people in front maybe.
As for roads, again nothing much to complain about in my part of the world, just annoying roadworks.
As a "non Londoner" or commuter, I don't have any of the hassle I read about from some posters on here. In fact I don't think I'd handle it very well at all, not every day.
Maybe that's one good thing about living in Norfolk! _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

No queues up here in Sutherland - I've been able to drive quicker along the single track roads than I can along most A roads in Northumberland!
Queues in shops are unheard of and there won't be queues at the local petrol station in Durness - £1.09 per litre! _________________ Author: “To the Ends of the Earth: A Snapshot of Aviation in North-Eastern Siberia, Summer 1992”
