It's probably still bloodstained from when the guitar teacher (who he completely ignored on Play it again), wacked him round the head with a Fender Telecaster. |

That's disgraceful. You should never treat a Fender Telecaster that way!

There's a Madonna song that sounds like this:
"Bill Oddie, Bill Oddie, run your hands all over my body." |

Easy Frederick. in fairness to Ms Mikeledes (teacher and phonomenal player) it was probably a £40 Alba copy bought from a well known auction site where people from all over the world bid on items of dubious quality. |

I had an Alba copy of a Les Paul a while back. Copy yes but it was still a great guitar with a superb "action".
Our Lead guitarist had a Les Paul Gold Top and he liked to use my Alba on occasion! _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

I know someone who got an Alba Tele Santafe he gave £26.50 plus £16.50 shipping from Germany for it, a silver one, maple neck and a blank headstock (wink wink nudge nudge) and a nice action right out the box. He tore it apart, had it sprayed dodge viper red, put a set of Ernie slinky 9's on it and it's one bad hot rod now.. Maximum Tele twang for change from 60 beer vouchers but still cheap enough to wack a knob like Oddie upside the head with and not damage it. He's fantastic on the birdwatching job but when he was on Play it again on beeb 2 earlier in the year, he deserved a slap ! |

This is why they need Kate Humble alongside Bill Oddie, because the BBC wouldn't allow him to present on his own. God the man is odd |

That's like declaring that the Pope is Catholic! What do you expect - he was one of The Goodies for heaven's sake! |
