To solve the alcoholic kids problem they want to add more tax to drink 
add to this the constant increase on Fuel tax, the tax to take away your rubbish (you already pay Council tax for), what else could they tax to take more money off you ? |

Life-tax
Pay as you breathe.
A small discrete device implanted in your wind pipe .. keeps your airway open for as long as you've paid your air tax. ) pay by Credit/Debit Card/Mobile Phone or monthly Direct Debit for a life long contract. For the low paid a slightly larger coin operated version could be employed. Don't be spending your loose change on Asda larger and cigarettes though....,,, |

A laughter tax?
You could carry a little hand-held gadget that recorded your laughter in frequency and heartiness and then connected with your bank to take the appropriate amount from your account weekly.
