Terriosts attacks could happen anyway at anytime a warning from the PM.

Buildings like schools and hospitals are going to get guidelines to boost their security. Also other places will get more respectful looking security measures like bollards which will look nice to look at.

What do you think they should replace with in front of the houses of parliament instead of those awful looking bollards, which are there to stop cars or trucks ramming into it?

I thought they were all busy in Iraq and Afghanistan or getting ready for Iran, if our political masters get their way. Rolling Eyes

Arsenal ( Emirates ) Stadium has some statures in front to protect them from terriost attacks, to make it look good without those horrid looking bollards.
