Is it remotely feasible that Lesley Douglas could do the unthinkable and move Russel into the sunday slot he used to occupy on radio 6 music ,maybe with a new look show making fun of the weeks news? i think its a possibility.Shaun Keavney or Russel Howard would probably take over Russels saturday night slot.It would follow the general trend of changers Douglas has been making since she took over.Would you welcome Russel Brand on sunday mornings ? |

Russell Brand's Saturday night show is pre-recorded on a Saturday morning. He often makes references to Jonathan Ross in "the next studio". |

Scott, it isn't all the time. I have dipped in and looked on the webcam and he's been standing there all live. |

Brand taking over Parky's slot is about as likely as me turning into a fish. |

Sunday is a day for the more traditionally minded amongst us to have our turn.
I wouldn't want to see this pattern radically disturbed.

Ian-Does tradition mean that Steve Wright and his Sunday Love Songs Show has to continue.
I am all for tradition and whilst a lot of the Sunday shows are not for my liking I think they should draw the line with regarding to airing "garbage".
SLS's is total rubbish-it's my absolute least favourite show on Radio 2-it probably does not help as it's hosted by a total rubbish presenter.
Cannot understand why the UK listening public has to suffer 17 hours a week of Steve Wright.

I have to say that I've no great problem with Sunday Love Songs but really I was thinking of the items that come later in the day, when old geezers like me get some stuff that's especially up their street.
