Radio 2's drive -time DJ Chris Evans has bet £500 he can give up booze for a month before his 42nd birthday on April 1st. (article in the Sun dated 1-3-0
Will he win or lose the bet. I wonder. |

Not important. £500 is nothing to him. Should be £50,000 and he could give it to Help The Aged.

He will save a lot more than £500 if he stops drinking for a month _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

I'd contribute if he was to stop inflicting himself on us for a month. _________________ Geddon

At the moment I spend more time switching Radio 2 off than I do on. What has happened to all of the good interesting and intelligent presenters and is it de rigueur for the new ones to sound like tweety pie??

Yes, but will he talk all over Shaky's songs or even worse sing along? |
