Radio 2's drive -time DJ Chris Evans has bet £500 he can give up booze for a month before his 42nd birthday on April 1st. (article in the Sun dated 1-3-0Cool

Will he win or lose the bet. I wonder.

Not important. £500 is nothing to him. Should be £50,000 and he could give it to Help The Aged.

I'd contribute if he was to stop inflicting himself on us for a month.

At the moment I spend more time switching Radio 2 off than I do on. What has happened to all of the good interesting and intelligent presenters and is it de rigueur for the new ones to sound like tweety pie?? Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
