There's not really any point as a listener, nominating a presenter for an award- no matter how many nominations a presenter receives - it's always the "Frank Dobson of the moment" who makes the "thank you speech". That's just the way it is. Awards are like that.
The very best you can do for your favourite presenter, is listen to his/her show, and maybe let them know how much you enjoy it from time to time. Surely if not an "award" , that's the very best reward.

A generally good selection from Dean but, as I've implied elsewhere, I hardly listen to enough R2 now to come up with an informed fantasy list. But I'm still keen to see what other posters think.
