The Police will be given Hand held computers to free up them spending too much time at their desks filling in paper work.
It will cost £50 Million and is expected to help add more police on our streets.

No but its not supposed to. However, if they spend less time at a desk doing paperwork, the MIGHT spend more time on the streets? _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

Mark,
I thought you were going to tell us they were giving them to hoodies on street corners
Mark,
Have you ever tried reading your posts before clicking submit? Really, have you?
If you don't know the difference between giving and given then I apologise as that's a different issue.

Hopefully it does free the officers up but with hardly any jail places then there's not much point in arresting somebody and having no where for them to go. That's if the CPS even decide to prosecute them.
It's a step in the right direction but the government knows it could cut paperwork and red tape by soo much more. _________________
