I have noticed that when i go to "Listen again", the broadcast starts at the end of the previous show. then the news & travel, then the show
I have clicked on Suzi Quatro & am listening to last nights travel!
Anyone know the reason for this? |

I find the Listen Again feature a bit hit and miss in this respect.
Sometimes it works brilliantly-starts right at the beginning of the show you want to listen to-BBC Radio Oxford is superb in this regard to the other end of the spectrum as described by Clive. |

It could be just a feature of the modern, "that'll do" attitude a lot of people seem to have, or, it could be that the folks in the back room are under-staffed, over-worked and under pressure. |

Clive you always get the travel as the recording is made on the hour and sometimes a bit before, it's nothing new. Have you never noticed Bobby always gives the time at then end of her travel, it's usually about 4 mins after the hour.
If you listen again to Wogan you always get a bit of Sarah Kennedy. It's probably something to do with satellite timings.

I find BBC 7 bad in that respect. You get the end of the previous programme followed by a load of waffle about what's coming next.
One of my pet hates that. I know what's coming later since I have this talent to read a newspaper, or a web page. _________________ I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. |

In a way, I can understand that.
But why the end of the previous prog? That would have ended at 8PM, & Suzi is on 8 till 9 |
