Alistair Darling is backtracking on things. There is rifts within the Labour Party between the Chancellor and Gordon Brown like Blair and Brown days.

Where the hell are they going to get the money to pay the stamp duty etc etc. It's like stealing off Peter to pay Paul.

The Government are right in the S&&T with the fan spinning.

Also hearing Hazel Blears on Jeremy Vines show seems like she was getting her tongue twisted. Maybe her tongue is nearly down Browns mouth and ready for a better cabinet post.

More like Peter & Pauls children. The government is borrowing yet more. Jam today for hardship tomorrow.

Instead of entering new buyers flats for the next photo spin start to think whats happening.. He Can't go back to Number 10 as thats been crumbling around them for years, and the economy isn't to blame for that. At least a well trained builder will be able to mend that part. I guess Gordon Brown will need more than a Hard Hat to walk under the scaffolding when they all return next month. Q PMQ's

Mrs W is wary of trusting a man who has white hair and black eyebrows. Is she right?

It occurs to me that if he dyed his hair black (or is it already naturally dark going grey and he's dyed it white?) he'd look very like Groucho Marx.

I think he is having some sort of nervous breakdown. Lucky he isn't Defense Secretary.
