......... click on to the 'Dial Up modem' version at the bottom and it comes on! Well it did for me just now Smile , and is better than missing something alltogether.

I've not had any problems with the new one until now. However the volume is louder on the dial up version, so turn your speakers down a bit unless you want to wake the neighbours!
