Whilst I would prefer that foster parents didn't smoke, I wonder if this is the first footstep on a slippery slope. Whom do you ban next?

You will smoke around them if you go out. I do think it's bloody stupid idea with lots of Children waiting for a family to comfort them? |

I think it's a bit over the top really, we are often being told how many children there are in need of foster parents, well this isn't going to help at all.
What next? I bet it will be people who are 'too fat' |
