Very sad.
Have to confess I loved the show On the Buses-made me laugh. |

I liked him of course, but I thought "On the Buses" was painful sometimes.. particularly the film. _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07
I have heard how radio should be. |

Yes I just heard this on the 6pm news his other claim to fame was interesting that he was the first person to draw money from a cashpoint machine!
I loved him a real entertainer.
Rest in Peace Reg |

Painful and feeble, about par for ITV.
I remember hearing him on radio doing the odd stand-up routine on shows like Workers' Playtime, and then on tv in The Rag Trade, with Peter Jones, Sheila Hancock and Miriam "Everybody Out" Karlin. _________________ Ron |

Think Reg would rather be remembered for the Rag Trade than OTB, but it didn't do his bank balance any harm! I have happy childhood memories of "Beggar My Neighbour" - we thought the title was SO rude! ( well we were littl'uns!).
Good old Reg. _________________ MiS |
