These protesters should find a job instead of spending their time disrupting things. Also they should all be prosecuted. They haven't achieved anything.

Stupid women on Jeremy show 8th December. Needs to get a life.

They probably will be. It will be interesting to know whether they walked or pushbiked their way to Stansted or did they drive there. If it was the latter, it wouldn't be very environmentally friendly would it?

As we were due to fly from Alicante to Stansted this afternoon, we watched Sky News with some dismay this morning. "56 Ryanair flights cancelled", "severe delays on all flights" etc etc.

Our outward bound Ryanair flight left Stansted on time at 11.20 am, arrived ten minutes early at Alicante, and we arrived back at Stansted at 4.40pm, half an hour early. The airport was quiet, without any obvious signs of residual disruption. A number of mid morning flights left Stansted on time or without too much delay. So I hope the protestors felt it was worth it, because all it did was generate a lot of bad feeling against their cause, mostly amongst the early morning commuters.

Yet another case of the media talking up a storm. Most of the flights that were cancelled appeared to be to northern European destinations and I wouldn't mind betting they weren't fully booked.

I think they pulled up in an old Fire Engine.
