I can't see how they are going to afford this. Some people can't always get fast broadband as it always depends how far the exchange is.

Other types of b/band are available. Satellite, point to point, mobile broadband. It doesnt have to be fibre based for all properties where it is not economically sensible. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |
