Which reminds me - we had an email from a young estate agent the other day asking us if it was ok for him "to attend an appointment to take some pitchers."
Tell me about the improving pass rates again????

It's amazing isn't it? I am always coming across similar examples, it's as if no one can be bothered to learn how to spell or use our wonderful language properly any more.
You should have asked that estate agent if he wanted a pitcher of your jugs
