When I was a Quality Manager I had to co-ordinate this sort of thing in the offices, it's called 5S, after five Japanese words that basically mean a place for everything and everything in it's place, but we didn't go THAT far Shocked

We just got people into the habit of filing stuff away at night into trays or drawers, no boxes or files under desks, no untidy piles of pens in a mug, etc., and there was a spider-web chart drawn up for each area.

What kept them at it was that their 5S performance was a KPI, a measurable performance key linked to the............. BONUS!!!!!!!

So the last year I was in that position everyone got £300 ! Very Happy

I was made redundant the following year Laughing Laughing

but after 30 years with a multi-national that was like winning the lottery, not 6 numbers of course, but the sort of money you get with 5 numbers and the bonus
