I see we are now advised that we should not be taking daily aspirin to ward off strokes and heart attacks.

Funny that, seems like only last year that our local surgery contacted my husband (who has never had a day's illness in his life), to ask him to take part in a trial by taking daily aspirin over a six month period.

In fact, it was last year. And when he didn't respond, they chased him up by phone. Fortunately, he declined.

I think this is called "preventative health care". Rolling Eyes
