I've learnt two completely unimportant things recently which I didn't know..
Firstly, George Lamb of 6 Music is Larry Lamb's son.. Larry playing "Archie" from Eastenders..
and,
Until watching a TV programme on Arthur Askey last week, I didn't know he was from Liverpool! no idea.. well, the accent wasn't there was it?

Not a big fan of old style Slapstick, I shouldn't really have liked Arthur Askey, but I always watched his appearances on the box..

One sure way of winding up my dad was say he looked like Arthur.. Laughing

He hated him! but then again, didn't every body's dad look like him back then? Razz

Pointless post but I'm waiting for Dinner.... and I've done the washing up. Laughing
