It's good how these webcams shows how a image of a face can change. He's got a smile one minute then serious the next. Is this what they are really like put the nicey nice face on when the mic is open?

I don't know if it was on this thread that I saw Desmond Carrington's 'Scotcam' mentioned previously, but if anyone is missing the snow this winter, go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/shows/carrington/ and click 'view the scotcam'. A real 'Christmas card' scene!! I don't know how to put webcam piccys on these boards.

Well he might hide behind that huge speaker. If I produced something as awful as that Saturday show, I wouldn't want my identity known either. Cool

Does anyone know why we now get that stupid Steve Wright thingy while Stuart Maconie is on? when, of course, we should be seeing Stuart broadcasting from the same Birmingham studio as Alex Lester.

Maybe he is not really there today. Could be pre-recorded?

At last Wright has gone but Dermot's studio is empty & in the dark. I wonder if his show is pre-recorded today.

I heard him say he's moved. The Lottery TV games are recorded now, this is why the draws are in a live seperate HQ.

It's been said before and have seen him on the webcam in Birmingham. BBC Radio 2 do have to broadcast some shows live from the counties. I expect they have to replace one as Ed Stewart used to come live from Birmingham, and as he's left there is a space to fill?
