I gave it a chance, but it's not that great.
Introes are cut off (e.g. the Kinks's Come Dancing), the same old suspects are wheeled out (Bon Jovi, INXS).

They are also doing a 90's station sometime this month on dab(only in London)

| Aren't these so-called stations just glorified jukeboxes churning out an automated rotation from a server (pretty much like Heart is!)? John Peel will be turning in his grave! |

| That’s the problem with digital anythings, it soon becomes clear that you can do it,(whatever it is)without people: people cost money, so the prawns in charge think, hey! Let’s do it without people, so you end up with touch-screen hotel check-ins and computer controlled electronic access doors and car-park barriers that you have to wave a card at. Digital Radio is just the radio version of that, impressive to some at first but try asking that touch-screen check-in, which is the best local chippy. |
