Well I would hope that my other half might at least wonder where I've got to
But yes I know what you mean, I just find it kind of sad but maybe some people are just not very good at keeping in touch so their nearest and dearest might not suspect anything has happened to them. |

A friend of ours is an undertaker and he told us that many local authority funded funerals (aka "paupers burials") take place for people who have absolutely no friends or family and for whom nobody turns up at the funeral.
Very sad, really..... |
