As many as 40,000 front line police jobs could go as 25% of the police budget is being slashed. The Police federation could effect certain areas and crime could rise. Although the police federation are simply speculating, policing is certainly going to change over the next few years.
During the election and the televised debates PM David Cameron did point out that he visited a hull police station whilst on the campaign trail, and noticed that they had various police cars - and were about to by a 70K lexus.
