Gerry Marsden is 72 today!

I read, online, the other week that he had to cancel a Sixties tour recently, due to illness....I hope he is on the mend and has a happy birthday!

I love that song Becky!

After watching it I clicked on Ferry Across The Mersey, another classic, and enjoyed seeing the old Top Of The Pops chart in the background. Wonderful nostalgia. Spoilt by sight of the presenter though.

Paul Simon is 73 today.

As an aside I caught the end of Sunday Night At The Palladium last night and the star turn was Art Garfunkel
He sang The Sound Of Silence, sounding a little strained at times which made me feel uncomfortable for him. Sad

Oh I missed that Schiz and I quite like to hear it now and then. Can't believe his age though!
