I wonder if any of you dwellers of the big smoke happen to know if 8th December is a strike day.
It is quite important as I plan to head to the O2 that day and I am teetering on putting my concert tickets on Ebay after the time I had yesterday. |

Thanks Toggy as you say not really my cup of tea but if there's going to be a strike I'd stick them on e bay sooner rather than later
I recently paid £80 for two tickets for a gig in Newport and decided to go to the same one in Leicester a few days ago and got the same tickets for £20 on e bay quite simply because the guy had listed 20 tickets and on the day got stuck with eight which he had to sell at a rock bottom price
I think it pays to list tickets on e bay quite early so as to avoid this situation if you are selling but there are some real bargains on there for buyers if you find an artist you like and are willing to travel a few miles _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

Well I listed them and they sold in 12 minutes! I've made a profit of 200 quid, well pleased. |

Well Done Toggy that's a fantastic result and I'm really pleased for you
I don't know whether the band are playing anywhere other than London but if you're still keen to go you could always have a look on e bay for other venues and you might just get a last minute bargain
After all its probably easier to travel to say Birmingham or some other places than to get into London with the tube strikes _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

They are playing a number of other gigs including Birmingham but I'm not really too bothered abut seeing them.
I like their music and love him or loathe him I don't think anyone can deny Mick Hucknall has a terrific voice, however some of their fans are rather scary to the point of being obsessive.
I had quite a few of them in my Facebook friends list at one point but I ended up deleting them all because they were just bonkers!
Anyway I got the result I wanted so I'm happy. |

Mick Has a fantastic voice Toggy. I was lucky to get tickets for the Radio 2 recording in the radio theatre of the performance of the Stars album 3 years ago, it was superb.
