This is a must for me on iPlayer during the week as 11pm Saturday until 1am Sunday is a bit late for me.

He plays a great selection of big band and jazz, with lots of interesting info and always gives credits to the musos when he knows who they are.

I only found out about his programme when it was recommended to me on the Radio 2 MB by drummer John Petters sometime last year.

Didn't he used to be a Continuity Announcer for Anglia TV back in the days when TV stations had such things?

Come to think of it, Richard Madeley was one of them for Anglia TV as well...
