After all the build up I thought the double edition today quite anti-climatic.
Is Nigel falling off a roof really going to shake Ambridge to its core? he's the sort of person you expect to do something like that, a bit like the leader of UKIP & his mishap with his flying machine
Anyone else hear it? |

Yes I did. I thought that they might have killed off Helen or her baby until the banner on the roof story came in. If Nigel has been killed then it means more trouble between Elizabeth and David, as David wanted to get the banner down rather than come back the next day to do it. This brother and sister don't get on with each other in the story-line. Pity if they have killed Nigel off, he's quite a likeable character. I agree though, it was an anti-climax! _________________ Pirate Johnnie Walker played my request on 11 April 2009 |

Should David be prosecuted?? He's the one who incited Nigel to go up on the roof in the win & ice in the middle of the night??
Will he admit it was his fault?? After all, only the two of them were there. If Nigel does not survive there will be no one to testify as to what happened apart from a few million listeners. |

I wonder, the repercussions are supposed to last for a decade! _________________ Pirate Johnnie Walker played my request on 11 April 2009 |

Clive, I'm just wondering if you are you still listening to the Archers, or are you one of the many who have given up? _________________ Pirate Johnnie Walker played my request on 11 April 2009 |
