Last night I caught up on the BBC iPlayer with Forgotten Heroes, a film about ex-servicement experiencing trauma upon returning to Civvy St, which was also covered on the JV programme. I found it excellent but quite heartrending. In recent times I've started supporting Help for Heroes and would encourage you to do likewise if you feel so moved.
