I suppose Henry will be most famously remembered as the first (and I think only) man to put Mohammed Ali - or Cassius Clay as he was then known - on the canvas which was a great achievement at the time
Many will also remember him as being one of the first team captains on the BBC show 'A Question of Sport' along with Cliff Morgan but I suppose Henry will probably be remembered by many for his well known catchphrase 'Splash it All Over' from the days when he used to do the 'Brut' adverts on television which at the time amused many people
A great sportsman and a very modest man who will be fondly remembered
Sorry Mark but the link you posted does not seem to be working so apologies if my post repeats any information mentioned there _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

Seeing the pictures of Henry Cooper funeral a few famous names were there. Actually it looked like the oldies reunion.
Kevin Keegan, Sir Terry Wogan & Des Lynam amongst a few others. |

Why on earth shouldn't they have been at the funeral? They worked with him. |
