You're not quite getting the hang of this, Mark! Your suggestion is actually quite plausible... |

JY Controller of R2 and 6 Music?
Now many people would say that was certainly a recipe for disaster
I think I prefer the one he used to do for fruit scones personally _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

Apparently Jimmy Young is back on Radio 2 next month in a special show with Ken Bruce in order to celebrate his 90th birthday - Jimmy's that is not Ken's
Should be interesting _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

I've just read about that Ruddles. Should be very interesting. The first show I listened to on R2 was the JY.

Great news about JY prog. What's the recipe today, Jim?
PS - Am I right in thinking that he started as a band singer somewhere in Essex/Kent area? |

Would it have not have been more courteous to the great JY to have the show at peak time instead of at 10 pm? Perhaps take an hour off the Vine programme. |

Good that it's being done with Ken. Still a link to the past, and sure to be an excellent host. |
