I've been listening to this off and on since it took over from Smooth Xmas and it's not bad at all.
Much as I love Johnnie Walker, his (or his producer's) choice doesn't always inspire me and but Smooth's playlist is much different.
If you're interested in American 70s chart hits, it would seem they do a replay of the charts on Saturday at 9am, repeated on Sunday at 9pm. I think I've got those times correct but only heard the trail once.

I agree Helen i came across the station by chance and i have to say it's not bad well worth a listen anyway _________________ I found out how you can hurt an insect.It's the bees knees |

I had to have a quiet snigger the other day when I switched from Smooth FM To Smooth 70's only to find that both stations were playing exactly the same track at the same time completely independently of each other - the main station as part of a Seventies Golden Hour and the 70's one purely by chance as part of their normal playlist
I thought to myself 'is this telepathy or just a very odd coincidence?'
Make your own mind up - annoyingly though I can't for the life of me recall which track it was  _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |
