Sara Cox is covering for Alex Lester for one day only on Friday 10th February. Listen again if you miss.
Maybe Zoe Ball replacement? |

Actually my son subjected me to several hours of Sara Cox on Radio One on the way back from South Wales at the weekend and I have to say that although she has her moments of being irritating overall I don't think she is anywhere near as bad as good old Zoe
I could actually tolerate her even though I probably wouldn't set out to listen to her shows and to be honest I was quite surprised _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

She seems to be very good, but why wouldn't Sara be as she's a professional DJ on Radio 1. Well done girl, hope we hear more of her. |

I've never heard her on Radio 1, only seen her on HIGNFY, where she displayed a fair sense of humour.
Having been woken up at three last night, I listened for a while, but she irritated me. Like Zoe Ball, but without the gushing, gabbling delivery. I had to turn off in order to get back to sleep. |

Looks as if Tim Smith has lost his deputising role for Alex. I see Sara Cox
has retained her spot with R1 after the latest reshuffle. I wonder though if R2 are considering her as a replacement for Vanessa Feltz ? |
