Well even though I'm a Liverpool fan I'm happy because at half time I placed a £5 bet that Chelsea would win so I've had a profitable evening
I just felt very strongly that Chelsea would win because I'm a firm believer that if a particular team's name is on the trophy that team will defy the odds
The only downside for me is that all the Chelsea players banned from the final instead of being rested will now probably play in the F A Cup Final agaiunst Liverpool but I suppose at least it might produce a better game _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

I sat with my eyes closed, listening and kicking every ball to Five Live's commentary. Unbelievable game and so pleased for Di Matteo. If Roman doesn't give him the job now, then he doesn't deserve him. Bit of a choker that Ramirez, Merelies and Ivanovic can't make the final, along with the sent off Terry. But..as Danny Mills said on Five Live - his sending off made Chelsea change tactics and frustrate Barcelona. 2-0 down....10 men for two thirds of the game, all that after losing Cahill, so no central defenders, then to score two goals in the Nou Camp.
I am not a Chelsea fan by any means, but that was historic. Real and Mourinho in the final...bring it on.... _________________ life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans |

Watched it on Sky, amazing game. Terry's a tw*t but as you say, his sending off changed the game for the better! _________________ -

I'm glad it's not a home side that's involved in the penalty shoot out... |

One decent penalty by Real. Just not good enough. Do Germans (I use that term loosely) ever lose a shoot out..? _________________ life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans |

It would seem not,Raver...
Jose was down the tunnel sharpish with not a word of consolation for his team... |

Don't like Chelsea but well done Terry is just stupid beyond words and RD'M is proving me and a lot of others wrong.
I thought tonight's first half was great but had to miss the rest.Got to fancy munich but i said that about Barca
PS John best not talk about Coventry eh? _________________ I found out how you can hurt an insect. It's the bees knees |
