Quote: | Radical Muslim cleric Abu Hamza can be extradited to the US after Europe's human rights judges rejected his request for an appeal, officials have said.
Hamza wanted to fight a European Court of Human Rights ruling that extradition would not breach his human rights. |

At last, a sensible decision. Trouble is these creatures aren't being sent to the US for another two or three weeks, so there's plenty of time for the parasite lawyers to exercise more endless appeals against extradition. |

Schiz - speaking as a lawyer those particular lawyers are only doing their job and if they failed to do so properly they would run the risk of disciplinary proceedings
I agree completely with your sentiments but it's the system which is wrong and is in need of change and for that you can mainly blame the EU and it's obsession with so called 'human Rights'
It's similar to the argument about masses of unwanted immigrants arriving here - you can't blame individual people for seeking a better life - we should blame the Government and the system which allows such things to happen _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |

Abu Hamza and four others Babar Ahmad, Syed Talha Ahsan, Adel Abdul Bary and Khaled al-Fawwaz were all sent on a plane, after high court dismissed the last ditch appeal to be extradited to the US. They will be processed with in 24 hours and could stand trial within 2 to 3 years. At least they are off British soil. |

And about time too! Trouble is their numerous wives and children are still here, costing the taxpayer a fortune in schooling, NHS treatment and other benefits. |

Does the fact that Hamza is gone change the status of the wives? Shame if it doesn't.

It's cost the tax payer to keep Abu Hamza over Million and a half quid to look after him. Glad he's gone so far. |

There was a great Matt cartoon in the Telegraph the other day. Two chaps walking along and one says to the other: "The winners get the Ryder Cup and the losers get Abu Hamza." |
