Radio content and syndication company Blue Revolution has teamed up with former Smooth Radio and Radio 1 presenter Mark Goodier for a weekly show.

Mark will host the new syndicated programme, called Hits & Headlines for international markets. It’ll be a three hour show highlighting the music and news from a particular year and starts on February 1st.

Mark Goodier said, “Hits & Headlines will play the biggest hits and brings back the memories from the last 30 years and it will be a real pleasure to reconnect with listeners around the world with this exciting new show.”

Blue Revolution’s CEO Paul Hollins said, “Mark is one of the most recognisable voices in radio and I’m absolutely delighted he’s partnering with Blue Revolution as this underlines our commitment to producing world-class radio.”

Mark Goodier is well known for hosting the BBC Radio 1 chart show and Top of the Pops in the 90s. He’s recently been covering at BBC Radio 2 after leaving Smooth Radio.

As this is for syndication do we have any idea as to which stations will take the programme?

These days with digital radio it doesn't really matter as long as one station takes it - it will still be a good show Smile
