Is it my imagination or has there been an increase in the number of ads for other people's shows on Radio 2? It seems especially bad when you are listening to an interview, such as JW with Art Garfunkel and the thread of conversation keeps getting broken by something totally unconnected.

I've noticed an increase in trailers on Radio 2 for things unconnected and on other networks including 6 Music ane even BBC Television
People often criticize commercial radio but in terms of 'adverts' the BBC is getting almost as bad

They do seem to be more frequent than before.
