It's too costly, apparently to do this.

Doh. They should have thought about this before rolling out this sub-standard technology.

Hi Ernie,

Cost does seem to be inhibiting the spread of new technology to more remote areas - currently there's a lot of rather annoyed people in the far north of Scotland awaiting the arrival of Broadband, in some cases less than 10 miles from a major city such as Inverness. Prohibitive costs have been declared as the reason why the service is not available yet - so DAB is no different.
