Although why he should want to, between anchoring a six-hour sports programme on Saturday, supporting Hartlepool Utd FC, and presumably having to travel to Leeds from his home in Hampshire, is a mystery.

His jokes and puns are as bad as Whiteley's though.

They're going for unknowns (ie cheaper) for the Vorderman job. I know someone who's been interviewed.
