I was at the FA Cup Final yesterday supporting my beloved Chelsea.

After paying £78 for our tickets we found our seats were in the 3rd tier and 8 rows from the very back of the stadium-the view made the players looked very tiny/small indeed.

What a disappointment-after paying all that money I was expecting a much better seat much closer to the pitch.

Consequently if your team reaches a Cup Final at Wembley in the future consider carefully the price of the ticket you purchase and hence the view you will be afforded.

I've been to one game at (the old) Wembley and I recall the same problem. I could only identify Gazza because his hair was bleached-blonde, not a clue who else was running with the ball. Never again.

I have an excellent seat at the ultra-modern Ricoh stadium for Coventry City, row 21 is about 30 metres from the edge of the pitch and maybe 15 metres high, which, near the halfway line gives a great view of all the pitch and the goals boxes and we can read the names on the shirts. Had to wait two seasons to get that particular seat and at £425 maybe not cheap but we do get 23 games for that and it's a lot cheaper than many other similar sized stadiums.

John-Yes the Ricoh Stadium is a nice venue-I was there with Chelsea last season when we played there during our Cup run.

Have just renewed my season ticket for next season at Stamford Bridge-£770 for 19 Premiership games.

Tickets for the Carling Cup and FA Cup games are £25 each.

Champions League tickets work out at £48 a game.

Your ticket at Coventry City looks like good value to me.
