Pete Mitchell leaving Radio 2 imho is no bad thing.
A dreadful decision in the first place by Dame Lesley in bringing him to the BBC-I have absolutely no idea what his qualities are-a truly awful signing in my opinion.
Good riddance. |

We'll wait and see how much truth there is in this, but what is it wiith Emma Forbes? Why has she suddenly become flavour of the month? She's already part of the ghastly Alan Carr's Saturday night rubbish. _________________ MiS |

Must admit I do like Pete and he knows his music. He left Virgin breakfast and came to Radio 2 and was stuck onto overnights. He's done a couple of documentary's for the station, and stood in for Alex, Sarah and Steve. Pete was slightly underused at Radio 2, so I wouldn't be surprised if it is true under the new Bob S control. Seems Bob likes female voices spread around the station. |
