This is how I eventually see the network after Terry's departure
4am-7am, Alex Lester
7am-10am, Zoe Ball
10am-1pm, Simon Mayo
1pm-4pm, Steve Wright
4pm-7pm, Chris Evans
I know I have missed Jeremy's show out in this but Five Live covers all his show well and is just duplicated, |

Good grief, this is commercial radio scheduling - since when has Radio 2 has programmes the same length? And three hours? Far too much value for money from the presenters...
The lunchtime chat show has been around for so long (say "thank you" to Sir Jim for that) that they might just want to keep it. My punt is...
4am - 6.30, Alex Lester (can't have the Dark Lord exposed to daylight)
6.30 - 9.30, Zoe Ball
9.30 - 12.00, Ken Bruce
12.00 - 2pm, Simon Mayo (building on his 5 Live speech work)
2pm - 5pm, Steve Wright
5pm - 7pm, Chris Evans
Jeremy Vine can go back to hosting game shows and standing outside the Panorama offices (why won't they let him in the warm so he can take his scarf off in winter?).

12 am until 7.30 am - Zoe Ball, Dermot O'Leary and Chris Evans.. Don't care in what order as that time of the day doesn't exist to me!
7.30 am - 10.00am Johnnie Walker
10.00am - 12.00pm Emperor Rosko
12.00pm - 2.00pm Suzi Quatro
2.00pm - 4.00pm Brian Matthew
4.00pm - 6.00pm Steve Wright
6.00pm - 9pm Radders & Macca
9.00pm - 10.00pm Noddy Holder
10.00pm - 11.00pm Whispering Bob
11.00pm - 12.00am Bob Dylan
I'd listen all day! _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

Wow! Haven't seen Fantasy Schedules here for a looooonnng time.
In fact wasn't there a separate board for them at one time?
Have to say I'd be very tempted to listen in to Santafe's ! |

Anyone who suggests keeping Steve Wrong and Crass Evans, whilst dropping the great Ken Bruce clearly has no taste!! _________________ MiS |

Much as I would love to hear Brian Matthew 5 days per week, I can't see him taking this on at the age of 80.
But I suppose we are talking fantasy here and can do what we want!

I was just reading about that BBC pensions black hole, in the Times.
Put the Licence Fee up by a couple of billion: that's what I would do,.... yes , good idea, and everyone will be happy....won't they? |

Radio 2 shouldn't have celebrities running shows. Alan Carr show is good. Some celebrities are not really suited to Radio 2. Although I do like Richard Madeley when he covers shows if you call him a celeb? |

I agree.
Can't believe my wife has just bought his autobiography (though I think it's a gift for someone). |

If our local library gets Alan Carr's book, it'll probably displace the Krankies' book as the one I'm least likely ever to borrow.
